I was thinking through my small molecule line of thought and realized that an inhalent is propbably not even required. A small-molecule vascular drug it is probably quite capable of working its way into the smallest pulmonary vasculature tissue. N.B. I'm not a medical scientist. I just read and reaserch a lot and like to "connect the dots" once in a while, and see if it paints a picture other also see too....
N.B. I read a report that Apabetaone is such a small molecule drug that it also penetrates down into bone marrow...
