KOO - RVXOT, can you please explain how and when a blackout comes/came into play.

I can't say when or how rather just what I copied in the earlier post from the company news release. I would guess that withholding the annual filings would constitute information that the insiders have that we don't so they can't trade until they reveal that to us. I don't know whether that would start now or Sept. 11th when they were supposed to have filed by but I think there is a normal blackout for a short time before filings like that so probably earlier than Sept. 11th. It maybe have even started by now with this news release but after she exercised her options. Just my thoughts!
