I agree having Hepalink being based in China is a major issue unfortunately at this point.

Any US-based Pharma looking at partnering may see the optics of Hepalinks position as a huge obstacle along with the rights already granted to Hepalink. Clear as mud. It is what it is. Hepalink could fund it probably but they would want control, most likely.

I want to see how this plays out as they can't wait forever. They need to utilize the BTD offered by FDA. They are in a pickle though. I could be totally wrong but past decisions are catching up to RVX.
