Maybe we need to turn RVX off and back on again?  

Rock and a hard place right now....nothing tangible being done to attract investment that I can see, but the price is holding in and around this level for months now which I take as an indication that nobody of size is bailing out.  

Nothing to do but sit back and wait.....sometimes the best course of action is to simply do nothing and let things play out.
