Fuzz ... yeah hopefully more information comes soon. Both RVX and potential partners "should" be motivated to get the show on the road with another study (BoM2) looming. Time is money when it comes to patent life and potential realized revenues.
I would imagine that there are some serious complexities to grind out though, ... in negotiating operating protocols/controls going forward, calculating potential indications/markets/revenues relative to deal negotiations and assessing future valuations if you are pre-negotiating future buy-out options in a global "partnering" deal.
Just a lot of "what ifs" to think about, calculate, memorialize into agreeable terms and legal language. Often times, there are BP careers on the line with these types of decisions as well.
