Lets agree for now that Zen is the prize and practically DM could package them together - the issue is they are seperate legal entities and although the major shareholders probably have somewhat mirror holdings of Zen to RVX, there may be substantial Shareholders of Zen who have exited RVX who may not be happy to have Zen trade at a discount to include RVX in a deal - or on the other hand, like me and many, they would be happy to see a sale in any permutation or combination so they could move on.
