Hey Ccd I think we are actually kind of saying the same thing?  You're saying HL is watching Don through their seat on the board as well as their relationship with ORI who also has a seat on the board and "are not just taking Don's word during board meetings."  I'm saying they are watching Don by talking to him every day. In any event, to me, it does not paint a picture of anyone saying "run with it Don, you've got this".  

I agree that the money HL is putting in and the ORI extension show confidence but to me the confidence lies more in the science than management.  Which to me is a good thing as I've said.  But just my opinion.
