"If you have an issue with my free speech, I recommend making a substantive argument...."

1. You don't have a right to free speech on a privately owned message board.  As a lawyer, no doubt you're well aware that's a bogus assertion.  You have to abide by the rules like everyone else.  

2. Your constant bashing is a direct TOU violation (#5 Bashing or Hyping).

3. Repeatedly calling DM "The Emperor" and "Dear Leader" is a direct TOU violation.  (#2. Derogatory comments towards others).

No one here has to rely on the Moderators to try to get someone removed from the board.  Anyone can click the "Report Violation" at the bottom of a post, make a case, and see if Agoracom takes action.
