I think it is likely that BP will put CVD, CKD, CHF, T2D, and possibly also vascular dementia in the same "basket", because they are all closely related (eg, T2D causes CKD, which causes hypertension, which causes CHF, coronary disease, and vascular dementia; hypertension also causes CKD; T2D causes hyperlipidemia and low HDL, which causes coronary disease; etc). A BP interested in one is likely to be interested in all of them. Infectious diseases are in a different specialist category. So Don could be talking to a different BP about HIV and covid-19.
