CCD - My argument to that is if a deal was done years ago it would have been at a much lower value than what we will realize now....assuming it happens that is. 

Agreed but had a deal been done the first time DM told me it was happening, there would have been less than 20% of the shares to spread it over that there is now. As usual, there is some argument both ways.
