This option has to be credible and needs a term sheet during this month..the early part because it will take a month or more to close. I think that this time something great will happen for all the long suffering shareholders. 1. DM’s whole reason to have a lifetime achievement here is wedded to that announcement in Chinese and English. 2. Every man needs some kind of legacy....I have no idea why option 2 or option 3 was ever mentioned. 

It was great to see a final uptick on Friday and I attribute the three day sell of to just some good old fashioned (and entirely prudent profit taking). Really looking forward to these next two weeks for both share price increases and a term sheet.
