I would think, and hope, that Ori would keep their board seat. As a significant equity holder, a potential financier if there are any troubled waters ahead somewhere, and with real skin in the game now and an appetite for pps upside. Might be a good voice to keep in the room.

If/when a parttnering deal is struck with BP, I would think that would also likely include a seat for one of BP's key people for monitoring and advisory opportunities. The board room should be filled with interested parties, with varied interests and experiences, for quality evaluation and relevant guidance.

I also think the Ori move converting their "bird in hand" (debenture/loan + interest, IP leverage) into equity is about as good as gets as a positive signal for something material occurring soon with positive impact for the pps. Pretty big statement, and financial move, for a group that is all about ROI and couldn't care less about science.
