,,,,yeessss,,,great to see our IP is back off the table,,any negotiations if they are in progress just got a lift,,,,better for both sides of the table during negotiations,,,,expecially existing shareholders,,,,the dilution is worth it imo to romove such risk around IP and get it back into our house,,,,,no excuses now for DMcC but to top end any deal in SHs favour.
It is still possible that we get a mini deal or more prior to any deal with BP imo. I am thinking we wake up to a mini me deal prior to the big deal if it ever occurs! Just an opinion.
