Definitely appears that there is a strategy to it here!

Strategy #1. So, it looks like it'll be a friendly takeover with, given the recent low share price financings and conversion on the part of these Chinese groups, a minimal premium to the market. If that happens, there will be a lot of my associates who will feel very burned and cheated!

Strategy #2, this is designed to put maximum pressure on BP to make their move before this company and its technology becomes the property of PRC proxies!
