You all have posted the dates correctly for the distribution as filed but I have a sneaky suspicion that McCann might have erroneously  filled in the transaction dates with the month and day reversed. Firstly, why wait 2 months to file? The previous 5 distributions before this were filed between 1 and 4 days after the transaction. Secondly, on Aug. 14th, 3,573,333 units (share plus 1/2 warrant) were sold for $0.75/unit; Sept. 8th, 382,000 similar units were sold for $0.80/unit and Sept. 30th, 600,000 similar units were sold for $0.80/unit. The Sept. 8th distribution was only 3 days prior and this would have been between two distributions at $0.80 which included 1/2 warrants. It makes no sense that this would have been at $1.00 with no warrants back then. I believe Brad might have just reversed his numbers while filling in the form and it really is Nov. 9th. That would also fit his usual filing timeline.
