It appears that the Sept. 8th transaction date might be true as the same thing happened at Zenith. I don't know why they waited 2 months to file it but it might have to do with the delayed filing of the financial statements. They did file other Ex. Dist.'s during this time though. I also don't know why someone would pay so much more than others paid just days from then and these didn't have warrants while the others did.
