SunClub - you make an excellent point! Also, ORI could have waited many more months to covert since the loan was already extended for another year. The fact that they did it much sooner does tend to suggest something more imminent. We can't really count on an announcement before year-end, in spite of the signals that were sent, but it would sure be nice.
