Yep & we've been being told for years now how these  things take time , there so complicated blah blah , give them another 1-3 months - heard that for the last year min!! Enough already! Seeings how both Agm's fall on a Tuesday Dec 22nd at market close I'm hoping we receive news that both Zen & Rvx have been bought out by the same company - take my $20-$25/Zen/share & $10-$15 per RVx share  & smell ya later. $30-$40/share combined. Dms done well tho-  pulled another couple million out of both company's between compensation & wage in this last year to date. It's so sad that it's looking like option 3 or with rvx there's prob an option 4 & 5 - UGLY! The so called "complicated" part of this seems to be RVX managements lack of understanding- they look like rookies, laughable for some I'm sure.
