So Bear, do you think there could actually be a party?  I have to admit that after reading one frustratingly negative post after another I begin to question myself whether apabetalone is really worthy of serious consideration by any BP.  But, out of all the positives like the BTD, FDA trial approval, SGLT2 synergies, etc. etc. the thing that gives me the most encouragement is the ORI conversion. Who takes a $US12M loan (and let alone a Chinese creditor) and effectively squanders it on $US12M of useless paper unless they know that it isn't in in fact useless??  Why find a thousand ways to keep a company going this long, after what is technically a failed P3 trial, unless all of those positives have an inherent value that warrants its survival?

I know that you will say that I've answered my own question, but if all we get in the next month or so is more like a visual of a piece of cheese being dragged along by a string then I might have to look in the mirror myself and ask a question or two.  But hey, good things come to those who wait...and wait....and wait ....zzzzzzzz.
