No, i would rank Dutch much higher than a 3rd party rumour fella, he's smelled the horses breath several times IMO but even the ones that have gotten a wiff of what they believed was the horses breath have been mislead several times as the horse has been know to make an abrupt turn around as one closes their eyes & you end up smelling, seeing & feeling something much different being spewed out.
