Not sure what share price does for a partnership on development, certification, distribution of profits and rights.  Share pirce has no bearing prior to signing contract.  Rights is greatest issue and Zenith comes with a liability called royality.  We bash DM, not worth the effort to bash.  If RVX hits 30, DM becomes a hero, leave the bash out.
