I agree it's simple if a BP wants to take it all out at once RVX along with Zen.  Just agree on a total price and go get it.  And if there is only one buyer it should be pretty straight forward I agree.    

But my earlier point is that it's more complicated if someone only wants a piece of the action but not the whole.  Now everyone has to sharpen pencils and get more creative. 

And what may be adding to the complication "if" RVX is dealing with multiple potential partners/buyers is one or more may want it all but at a discount buy while one or more others may want only a partial deal for some indication but at a premium.  

Lots to consider trust me.  I've said before that human beings usually don't do stupid things often.  Of course we are all capable mind you but it's not the norm.  Lol.  Way too many very smart  and experienced players involved when price tags end in a "B."
