We are about 3 weeks out from the AGM and, in the absence of any earth-shattering news prior to that time, we should be getting more information on where things stand.  Despite the frustrations (that we all share) we can point to a number of positives that have happened over the past 12 months, and everyone on this board knows what those are so I won't bother repeating them again.  Therefore, we remain hopeful that all of these things point to a successful resolution for investors. 

It is difficult (clearly) for DM to present an accurate timeline of when the proverbial ship might come in so I'll cut him some slack there.  However, I'll be very disappointed, to say the least, if that ship is not even underway.  He has indicated numerous times over the past year that there was multiple interest by parties with deep pockets and that discussions with major players was underway, ongoing or whatever.  If there is no substantive progress by the time of the AGM then he should say so.  In short, he needs to provide some expanded context about what those discussions entail and I think he can do that without violating any confidentiality issues.

So, we wait for the AGM.  Let's hope some good things come out of it.
