exactly narmac, as if this deal is the only deal ever that's somewhat complicated & potential worth billions of dollars that's ever been done!

We're not even talking about a muti billion dollar buyout here - it's been mostly the 100-150 million upfront with milestones or whatever ... but even if turned into a buyout , I would bet u can find many deals more complicated & worth more $$$ that were wrapped up in a much shorter time than what thing is taking...
