Yes it is if there are no earnings to support share price.  Difference between warrants and stocks, stocks do not have a known expiration date, hense the gamble.  RVX should not lose any sleep on those who purchased warrants on the open market.  They should lose sleep on getting to finish line with partner or selling company.  Hopefully this will be disclosed soon.
