Just took a quick look, so far today 104k of the 130k traded today have been sold through ITG.  Suggests to me probably one individual (holder or manager), can't say for sure though. 

Koo, sidebar, Fuzz in my opinion what is missing in your conversation regarding repricing/extending warrants is the reason companies do this from time to time. It's not generally to protect investors it's to generate cash. Remember that when warrants are exercised the company itself issues the new shares and collects the cash to company funds. If the warrants expire the cash generation opportunity for the company is lost.
