BKC - thanks for demonstrating that I was missing something.  No conspiracy theory intended and I didn't mean for my 'observation' to sound that way.  I didn't doubt that a BTD was actually granted but admit that I could have phrased my comment less, well, conspiratorially.  My apologies.
