If you're looking to attend in person, look on SEDAR at the Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular. It has the address and time of the meeting, but also importantly included a section "Cautionary Note on "In-Person" Attendance" that warns attendees about public health policies that limit the number of attendees. They strongly urge folks to not attend in person.
