From Paladin: The question I have is now that we have the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, what impact does this really have?

Do we know if the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines change the DNA to allow body to be inmmune? Or do we need another annual shot? Just wondering. Thank you, sidebar.
