I believe the share value would immediately increase if he made way for someone who is already highly regarded with a past record of achievement in the industry. Even before that person has set foot in his office. The news of his/her appointment would be enough. (cityslicker99)

I agree! I floated that here in the past, but nobody commented from what I remember. If you crunch the numbers, it makes a lot of sense re the dilution that has killed our potential returns here...unless of course you're Hepa or Ori or the Sheikh!
