Aside from the "$13 Million Investment by Sheikh Abdulgader Aboud Baeshen," was there anything else of significance that was announced that was new? I didn't watch live but watched this morning and also read the board here and seems like nothing new. Ho hum. The trial timelines were loosely defined and forward looking so I don't put too much faith in those statements.

The most memorable thing that I took away is Don's potential gaffe of saying that SARS-Cov2 gains entry to the cell in part by binding to BRD4. This implies that BRD4 is at the surface of the cell at the plasma membrane. That's news to me. To the best of my knowledge BRD4 remains in the nucleus and does not localize to the cytoplasm. I think Don meant to say that the transcriptional activity influenced by BRD4 modulates the expression level of ACE2 and other proteins to which SARS-Cov2 binds to.
