Good chance there will be another PR prior to the webcast and that they just did this now to give sufficient notice.  Given the language the Saudi deal clearly closed, and use of the word 'upgrades' vs. 'changes' also portends of better things to come as does 'partnering options'. The latter suggests the Option 1 route as opposed to Options 2 & 3.  In any event we'll have a few more pieces of the puzzle to play with.
