No need to apologize.  This is an investors forum.  I always check MACD, RSI and OBV before pulling the trigger.  The recent RSI move looks promising but is at the same level now that it was when the SP has ranged $0.88 to $0.95 for the last couple of quarters.  OBV, though just turned postive on the hourly chart still looks horrid to me though on longer frequencies.

I'll check these again tomorrow because while writing this I noticed the SP is moving yet another 3 cents higher.  Hmmm, bullish signal confirmed.   Next level of conslidation  $1.50's ?
