This is classic RVX- someone hopeful Thurs CC will have some meat to it given RVX just had one a month ago and why would they bother with another to tell us nothing significant?

Another party views it as DM likely talking for talking sense and taking a bit of an uptick to exit.

Unfortunately, historically, the latter has been the smart play.
