I thought that part of the Breakthru status designation is that the FDA will also help with trial design.  

So maybe they don't need BP help to design the trial although I'm sure it wouldn't hurt and would still be quite beneficial.  

I guess my point is that I have no idea if they are going to go it alone financing with insiders or turn to a big BP partner.
