10BagR : Thank you for your feedback. But why Don dismissed the five-year global development plan makes no sense especially since BP was willing to pay for it. Sure it extends it out to 2025 but if we are to believe that he did have firm discussions with BP with such a plan I bet dollars to donuts that if such a plan was announced the SPP would have climbed considerably. But instead, he chose to go with something he felt comfortable with. Why was this not put to a vote instead of dismissing it as five years more is way too long.
