RVX is still in development. That's the phase they are in.  I know you know that.  But still they are proving their potential science one trial at a time.  

Can they sell to a BP?  Sure but only at the price of a small song and dance. After near 20 years they shouldn't sell unless they can get the valuation they want and which makes it worthwhile.   

So it's a standstill.  BP offers small chunk change to pick it up cheaply and RVX says no thank you because they believe in the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.  

Who is right?  I have no clue.   But to me everything they have signaled is they will go ahead with a partner but they won't sell out to one.  So if that's one's hope...I'm not hearing that from RVX thus far.
