dm says the valuation is much higher than current market price , then why are you doing the Saudi financing so dam cheap?

What do you mean , we can't see it? We don't have the right to know what our valuation is but the Saudi does? Dm saying he's done a wonderful job with dilution? Blah blah blah - I like the covid part but bottom line - we got some wait time ahead of us for BOM , Saudi money but maybe the covid data down the road moves us along in the shorter term.
