It really is getting ridiculous. We are hopeful and we all know the problem. But the solution is not evident.

If I understood Don correctly on page 7 he indicated that big pharma would design a trial with 10,000 patients and it would take 5 years. (They have the experience). I think he said this is too much time. Then I believe he presented a POV that RVX could design a targetted trial with 3600 targetted patients and would cost far less and take less time. This is the same CEO that presided over 2 failed trials because they were underpowered and he was an integral part of the decision making process NOT to do the futility analysis in each case. We would have been much further ahead had the futility analysis been conducted.

I'm not a practicing bio-statistician but my degree is in mathematical statistics and I believe we have already learned much information from post hoc sub group analysis. Be careful and don't count to heavily on these stats for trial design. They are necessary to understand but do not provide much insight on replication.

Regarding Saudi $, Repare Therapeutics was able to raise $150 million + by Canadian biotech investment companies with no compounds even in phase 1 testing before going public on the NASDAQ at $20USD and then rising above $30USD. That should tell us a little bit about the RVX status in the biotech investment community. RVX might get $15 million Saudi if approved. That is scraping the bottom of the barrel to say the least.

Don strikes me as a wannabe scientist and he is remarkably poor at it. That has been evident for years. So what should his role be?

The first thought I had after listening to this nothing burger was "where is the business plan?". That should be RVX management's job.

I'm not letting go of my shares. I still believe in the science and anything can happen on the business side. Sure makes me wonder about the games being played by Eastern, Hepa, Ori and others.
