steps up & pays the 3 million & puts in the first order for 50-100million doses upon success.Why wouldn't they step in, look like a hero if all works out along with possible revenues & all this year. You'd think during a crisis like this the Canadian government would be all over a small Canadian biotech with this kind of potential.Heck the  Alberta government could shave a measly 3 mil out of their cold coal play!!
