You might be correct but you take DM's words more literally than I do anymore. We were told that we would have a deal by year end with a large upfront payment and Pharma would pay for the trial. I cautioned that this was what DM wanted, not what had been offered. That did not happen and I caution you again that are those their words or his description of what he wanted. It could esily mean that they were going to pay for it if they accepted his wishes, maybe not what they offered. Who knows where it fell apart.
