Next, I agree with you that management is between a rock and and a hard place in terms of the gap between current market valuation and EV and thus what a BP could pay in relation to being corporately responsible. I also agree that the best way forward would be with a BP, especially so regarding how the market would view RVX. Don did say he is still hopeful that a BP will buy into the RVX accelerated BoM2 plan, I wonder how much of that hope is just pure hope vs something actually founded in discussion.  I would imagine however that even if a BP was offering $2.5B USD that management would be balking big time. I also think that perhaps some delay might be on managements part as they would probably (rightly so) like to see how the CoVid potential works out as that could be a huge game changer in terms of overall enterprise value. 

In terms of the insiders I think they are very happy to be buying very cheap shares and to me it is a little concerning that Ori and HL have, together, so much voting power as they have history together, recently both being involved as investors in Kymab.  It would be interesting to know where this sheik came from and who if anybody he might be aligned with.
