As required by applicable securitues laws, NGN BioMed Opportunity II L.P. announces, due to a private placement by Zenith Capital Corp, that it holds less than 10% of the outstanding shares.

Not the exact wording but I couldn't copy and past it.  This was found on the same screen that showed Zenith's trades for Friday in my stocklist at Globe and Mail.

Is this new to anyone other than me?
