,,,,I have come to the conclusion that the board of directors in any company should be arms length from Company executives and insiders. What might be our present status in the market if this was so? Where our CEO was not the chair of the BoD as well!

Our BoD is well apointed with talent and experienced in the fields of economics,,,marketing,,and finance! The only caveat is our spokesperson and CEO who has no credentials in any of these diciplines. Its just a very odd arrangement and yet it is obvious the appointments are not capable of creating shrareholder value in the present sense. Its inconceivable that no improved business model can be created around our portfolio of molecules and this science.

Why is it that the market needs a Plll trial to assign any degree of value to this company??,,really,,,with little to no investor speculation before hand. All the while billion dollar companies exist out there which are targeting much smaller markets and really have only a proof of concept.

Odd,,,very odd,,,,,,!! Where do we differ? Is it really just the exchange we trade on?
