I held a stock a number of years back and a similar issue morphed as here with RVX. A big investor came in,,,got two seats on the board and pushed everyone out to fill those chairs with proactive people. It took no more than 6 months and the stock had returned to previous highs and share price went well beyond after that. Looks like a fire hydrant flush of the company might not even create value here.
