????? Are you suggestion BoM2 trial will be a 1,000,000 patient trial? Or are you estimating the number of patients hospitalized worldwide with Covid-19? If it's the former, I suggest you re-evaluate the typical size of Phase 3 cardiovascular outcomes trials and the cost associated. It is hard to follow your post because it seems you are combining BoM2 and COVID-19 issues.
