Nice post dlee ... there is so much ABL potential it can be confusing sometimes. Why does it appear to help "so many" things, and how (what are the scientific common denominators - inflammation response?), and can it be predictable (ala endpoints proven in a proper controlled study?) ... ?

If we can a get that first door open, the rest of the doors could fly open afterward. That's why I feel this Covid opportunity could be a golden ticket, faster study, worldwide visibility ... BoM2 and other studies looming.

And it wouldn't hurt going before the FDA panel (post/interim BoM2) with those post/interim results, BTD, safety, ... PLUS an existing NDA approval and indication already in hand (Covid potentially).

This chess board doesn't seem all that complicated, but execution has been the problem. Follow the yellow brick road, and Covid seems like an obvious first step with BoM2 a few yellow bricks down the road in the journey and coming quickly.
