One thing about the potential uses of apabetalone - and I've been banging on about this for some time - is for Long Covid.  I believe the Australian study talked about repair to the heart (did I get that right?)  Here is a study of over 47,000 patients who have suffered/are suffering from Long Covid:

I would love to see apabetalone find its way into this patient population....folks who have supposedly "recovered", but months later are afflicted with this pernicious disease...and sadly, many who succumb.  I think it happens more than we know.
