I agree - there is a motive - others may be - control - expiring options - manufacturing licenses -territorial licensing - royalty rights - pending merger or acquisition - patent rights - or perhaps there are safety issues or pending litigation or patent challenges - there has to be a reason for the lid on this stock. What is it?
