Well, they just had a board meeting (paid the Directors for services rendered).  Then, paid the senior officers in Restricted Share Units (RSU).  In my humble opinion, the scientists are under paid, and the CEO, CFO are over paid.  Don't give the CEO or CFO a dime until they deliver on hard/objective business milestones.
